Terms of Sale — Quantum TCG LLC

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through quantumtcg.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms alongside our full Terms of Use.
1. Products
Quantum TCG sells physical collectible trading card packs and related merchandise. All products are described on their respective product pages. We reserve the right to update descriptions, images, and pricing without notice.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment approval. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We are not responsible for pricing errors; if an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. via USPS and UPS. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy at quantumtcg.com/policies/shipping-policy.
5. Final Sale — Collectible Packs
All sales of sealed, randomized collectible card packs are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on card contents, duplicate cards, or personal preference. This is standard practice for randomized collectible products.
6. Damaged, Incorrect & Undelivered Orders
While packs are final sale, we stand behind our fulfillment. Please see our full Refund Policy at quantumtcg.com/policies/refund-policy for remedies related to damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.
7. Reward Program
Purchase of a Quantum Genesis Pack does not guarantee a reward card or digital prize. The Quantum Rewards Program is governed exclusively by the Official Reward Program Rules at quantumtcg.com/pages/official-reward-program-rules. The program is open only to eligible U.S. residents 18+. Packs may be purchased and shipped to all 50 states; the exclusion applies to reward redemption only.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@quantumtcg.com before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and further action.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
