Refund policy

At Quantum TCG, all sales are final.

Because many of the products we sell are sealed trading card products with randomized contents, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for booster packs, booster boxes, bundles, accessories bundled with trading cards, or other collectible card products, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to, including but not limited to:

  • Opened products
  • Unopened products
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Price changes after purchase
  • Duplicate orders
  • Not receiving a specific card, rarity, hit, or pull result
  • Requests made after an order has been placed or shipped

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, or if your order arrives materially damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@quantumtcg.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 calendar days will not be eligible for review.

Upon verification, the following resolutions apply:

  • Wrong item shipped: We will ship the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.
  • Material shipping damage: We will ship a replacement if available, or issue a full refund or store credit of equal value.
  • Non-delivery: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but not received, we will open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do not send any item back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Refused, returned, or undeliverable shipments

Orders refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, or returned as unclaimed are not eligible for return or refund. If a package is returned to us in these situations, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or store credit at our discretion.

Chargebacks and abuse

We reserve the right to deny service, cancel future orders, or limit purchases where we identify abuse of this policy, fraudulent claims, excessive disputes, or attempts to return randomized products after purchase.

Applicable law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be disclaimed.
