Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Note: Quantum Genesis Packs ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. The Quantum Rewards Program is not available to residents of Florida or New York. See Official Reward Program Rules for details.
Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx from multiple fulfillment locations across the United States. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery address and the fulfillment center nearest to you.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited (where available): 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Orders of 3 or more packs qualify for free standard shipping.
A shipping fee of $5.95 applies to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx website to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us at support@quantumtcg.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
Wrong Address / Returned Packages Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Holiday & Peak Period Delays During high-volume periods (holidays, major launches, or events), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email or site announcement.
