Welcome to Quantum TCG. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Quantum TCG website, online store, redemption portal, digital services, content, and related features operated by Quantum TCG LLC.

By accessing or using this website, purchasing Quantum trading card products, submitting information, redeeming a prize card, participating in any promotion, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms, rules, or policies that apply to specific features, products, promotions, or services.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.

1. About Quantum TCG

Quantum TCG is a collectible trading card brand. Quantum trading card packs contain collectible cards created for entertainment, collecting, trading, and future gameplay use. Certain promotions may allow eligible participants to receive or redeem prize cards, subject to the applicable Official Rules.

Purchasing Quantum trading card products is not required to enter or win any sweepstakes or promotion where a free method of entry is offered. Any sweepstakes, prize card promotion, or reward program is governed by its own Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use any feature of the website that involves purchases, prize redemption, cryptocurrency rewards, identity verification, or participation in a sweepstakes or promotion.

Certain promotions may be limited to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and may be void where prohibited by law. Please review the applicable Official Rules before participating.

By using this website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that your use of the website does not violate any law, rule, regulation, or restriction applicable to you.

3. Collectible Trading Card Products

Quantum trading card packs are sold as collectible trading card products. Each pack contains a set number of collectible cards. The specific contents of each pack may vary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a Quantum trading card pack does not guarantee that you will receive any specific card, rare card, prize card, reward, cryptocurrency, or item of monetary value.

The future gameplay version of Quantum TCG, game rules, expansions, digital features, or related experiences may be released separately and may be subject to additional terms.

4. Sweepstakes, Promotions, and Prize Cards

Quantum TCG may offer promotions, sweepstakes, prize card programs, or other reward opportunities from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own Official Rules.

For the Quantum Trading Card Game promotion, no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning. The Official Rules explain the eligibility requirements, promotion period, free method of entry, odds, prize details, redemption process, KYC requirements, tax obligations, and limitations.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Official Rules for a specific promotion, the Official Rules will control for that promotion.

Prize cards, virtual prize cards, redemption codes, and related claims are subject to verification. Codes may only be used once. Invalid, altered, counterfeit, duplicated, tampered with, illegible, stolen, transferred, or unauthorized codes may be rejected.

5. Cryptocurrency Rewards

Some promotions may include cryptocurrency rewards, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, or other digital assets. Cryptocurrency rewards are subject to eligibility verification, identity verification, wallet compatibility, and compliance with applicable laws.

To receive a cryptocurrency reward, you may be required to complete a know-your-customer questionnaire, provide identification, confirm eligibility, and connect or provide a compatible cryptocurrency wallet.

You are responsible for providing accurate wallet information. Quantum TCG is not responsible for lost, delayed, failed, or misdirected transfers caused by incorrect wallet information, incompatible wallets, blockchain network issues, third-party wallet providers, regulatory restrictions, or user error.

Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate significantly. Quantum TCG does not guarantee the future value, availability, liquidity, security, or tax treatment of any cryptocurrency reward.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, wallet fees, transaction fees, gas fees, or other costs associated with receiving, holding, transferring, or disposing of any cryptocurrency reward.

6. Purchases, Payments, and Availability

All purchases made through the website are subject to product availability, payment approval, fraud review, and any applicable order limits.

Prices, product descriptions, availability, promotions, and shipping details may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, limit quantities, reject suspected fraudulent activity, and refuse service where permitted by law.

Unless otherwise stated, product purchases are final once processed, subject to any refund, return, or cancellation policy posted on the website.

7. User Accounts and Security

Certain features may require you to create an account, submit personal information, verify your identity, or use third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update any information that changes.

You may not use another person’s account, impersonate another person, submit false information, or attempt to bypass identity verification, fraud prevention, or security controls.

8. Acceptable Use

Attempt to counterfeit, duplicate, manipulate, transfer, sell, or improperly redeem prize cards, virtual prize cards, codes, or rewards.

Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or harm Quantum TCG, its users, vendors, partners, or representatives.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, reject claims, void entries, and take legal action if we believe these Terms or any promotion rules have been violated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including the Quantum TCG name, logos, artwork, characters, card designs, storylines, graphics, images, text, videos, software, website design, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Quantum TCG and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, or use any Quantum TCG content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Purchasing a trading card or product does not grant you ownership of the underlying intellectual property, artwork, characters, trademarks, copyrights, or brand assets.

10. User Content

You may be able to submit, upload, post, or share content, including videos, images, comments, testimonials, prize redemption materials, or social media content.

By submitting content to Quantum TCG, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant Quantum TCG a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, publish, and create derivative works from content you submit in connection with the website, products, marketing, promotions, prize verification, fraud prevention, and related business purposes.

You remain responsible for your content. We may remove or reject any content at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Services

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, identity verification providers, cryptocurrency wallets, blockchain networks, social media platforms, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.

Quantum TCG does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their actions, availability, security, fees, terms, policies, or performance. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or participating in any promotion, you agree that we may collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion rules.

Prize redemption and cryptocurrency reward fulfillment may require additional identity verification and compliance information.

13. Disclaimers

The website, products, content, promotions, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum TCG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, or security.

Quantum TCG does not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.

Quantum TCG does not guarantee that any collectible card, product, prize card, cryptocurrency, or digital asset will increase in value, retain value, or have any resale market.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum TCG and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, vendors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost rewards, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss in cryptocurrency value.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum TCG’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website, products, services, promotions, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Quantum TCG for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantum TCG and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, vendors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any promotion rules, your content, your fraud or misconduct, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, account, purchases, promotions, redemption features, or services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, violated any promotion rules, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk for Quantum TCG or other users, or acted unlawfully.

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to Quantum TCG.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, products, services, promotions, prize redemption, or your relationship with Quantum TCG will be resolved according to the dispute resolution process set forth in the applicable Official Rules where a promotion is involved.

For disputes not governed by specific Official Rules, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You and Quantum TCG agree that disputes will not be brought as a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.

This section should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication to ensure consistency with the Official Rules, applicable consumer protection law, arbitration requirements, and Google’s requirements.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the Official Rules for a specific promotion provide otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
